Max Lucado is a New York Times bestselling author with more than 65 million books in print. In keeping with his personal style, Max's books don't attract controversy or stir up strife. He prefers to tell stories, stories that explain the love and grace he has experienced in a life built on the life and work of Jesus. Max Lucado is the only author to have won the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association's Christian Book of the Year Award three times and is also the only author to have at least one title appear on a CBA Bestseller list every month for over twelve years. In addition to his popular books written for adults, Max has penned several bestselling children's and teen books. His books have been translated into more than 30 languages to date. Max Lucado is Minister of Writing and Preaching for the Oak Hills Church in San Antonio, Texas. Max has been married to Denalyn for more than 25 years.
